Kepala Sekolah SMK 5 Abdul Rofiq Menunjukkan data Manual kelulusan Unas (jto)
SURABAYA (suarakawan.com)-SMK Negeri 5 yang dikabarkan tahun ini tidak meluluskan 75% siswanya, yang diumumkan melalui website Dinas Pendidikan Kota Surabya, karena nilai ujian nasionalnya tidak muncul, dibantah oleh pihak SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya.
Menurut Abdul Rofiq, Kepala Sekolah SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya, hanya 21 siswa yang tidak lulus karena nilainya tidak masuk pada sistem online.
“Sebenarnya ini hanya terjadi kesalahan sistem online yang dikeluarkan oleh Dinas Pendidikan,” kata Abdul Rofiq, Kepala Sekolah SMK Negeri 5 kepada wartawan, di ruang kerjanya, Senin siang (16/05)
Selama ini, lanjutnya, sistem input data manual nilai dari sekolah sudah ajukan ke Dinas Pendidikan.
“SMK Negeri 5 ini melakukan sistem belajar mengajar selama 4 tahun, jadi yang diumumkan hari ini adalah peserta ujian yang mengikuti ujian tahun lalu pada saat mereka kelas 3,” tambahnya.
Lanjut Abdul Rofiq, sistem software pengumuman online tahun ini sangat jelek, bukan hanya dialami SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya, tetapi dialami 6 SMK di 5 Kota besar yakni Semarang, Bandung, Makasar, Palembang, Surabaya.
“Mengenai masalah ini, langkah kita akan mengajukan keberatan ke Dinas Pendidikan Propinsi Jatim,” papar Rofiq.(Jto/nas)

Nilai UN Siswa SMKN 5 Nol, Kasek Hanya Diberi Janji

Surabaya - Kejelasan status siswa SMKN 5 Surabaya yang nilai ujian nasionalnya (UN) nol atau ketelisut masih belum jelas. Pihak sekolah hanya mendapat janji dari Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Timur, agar kasus itu bisa terselesaikan.
"Sabtu kemarin mendapatkan informasi dari Dinas Pendidikan Jatim. Setelah kita cek, ada kekeliruan, kita sudah laporkan ke Dinas Pendidikan Jawa Timur," kata Kepala Sekolah SMKN 5 Surabaya, Abdul Rofiq kepada wartawan di ruang kepala sekolah SMKN 5, Jalan Prof Dr Moestopo, Senin (16/5/2011).
Sistem pendidikan di SMKN 5 berbeda dengan sekolah SMK maupun SMA lainnya. Di SMKN yang dulu SMK Pembangunan ini, para siswa menempuh pendidikan selama 4 tahun.
Para siswa yang mengikuti ujian nasional (UN) adalah siswa yang kelas tiga. Namun saat pengumuman kelulusan UN, nilai mereka tidak diumumkan seperti di sekolah lainnya, tapi nilai UN itu sebagai syarat untuk naik ke jenjang kelas IV.
"Pengumumannya kelulusan itu di kelas IV. Nah yang masalah sekarang ini, nilainya anak kelas IV. Ada yang nilainya nol tidak ada sama sekali, ada juga nilainya yang tidak sama antara hasil UN tahun lalu dengan yang diumumkan sekarang," tuturnya.
Dari 579 siswa kelas IV, ada 23 siswa yang nilainya bermasalah. Namun dari 23 siswa, 1 siswa meninggal dunia dan satu siswa sudah tidak melanjutkan sekolah.
Dari siswa 21 siswa yang nilainya bermasalah yakni 5 siswa yang tidak ada nilai ujian nasionalnya maupun nilai ujian kompetensi keahlian (UKK). Mereka adalah Anggawuri Sulistyo, Fathoni Ade Firmanto, Handi Nurdiansyah, Husen dan Rika Fujiani.
Sedangkan 14 siswa yang nilai Bahasa Indonesia-nya keliru dan 2 anak yang nilainya UN seperti mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris dan Matematika sama sekali kosong yakni, M Yusuf, Rizki Fragas Noto, Indra Rachman, M Faisol Arif, Diky Puguh Setiawan, Dady Dwi Setyawan, Novan Bagus Setiawan, Roy Samuel Ganibala, tri Ariyanto, Wahyu Aditya, Yunus Rinaldo, Lingga Ardhi Yudhistira, Dewi Aisyah, Ary Mardani Putra, Fatchurozik dan galih Satria Utama.
"Kita sudah menyampaikan permasalahn yang kami hadapi. Janjinya (Dari Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Timur) akan diselesaikan secepatnya, tergantung pusat," jelasnya.
Wahana Jumpa Prestasi pertama kali diadakan pada tahun 1991, pada saat itu yang dilombakan hanya Pertolongan Pertama Pada Kecelakaan untuk tingkat WIRA dengan perkembangan yang cukup pesat sehingga WJP XX sekarang terdiri dari berbagai lomba untuk tingkat MADYA-WIRA.
Kegiatan lomba kepalangmerahan Wahana Jumpa Prestasi XX 2011 JATIM TERBUKA antar PMR tingkat MADYA–WIRA bertujuan untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan lomba tersebut sebagai tempat memacu prestasi dan menumbuhkan mental serta ketrampilan dalam bidang kepalangmerahan.
WJP XX 2011 JATIM TERBUKA ini, dapat diikuti oleh semua PMR MADYA-WIRA di wilayah Jawa Timur maupun luar Jawa Timur.
MAKSUD DAN TUJUAN Wahana Jumpa Prestasi diadakan:
1.Meningkatkan peran pelajar sebagai generasi muda dalam kegiatan kemanusiaan sesuai dengan kehidupan dilingkungan sekolah.
2.Sebagai sarana untuk mewujudkan Sapta Prinsip Palang Merah dan Tri Bhakti Palang Merah Remaja.
3.Menjalin Kerjasama dan mempererat tali persaudaraan di antara umat manusia pada umumnya dan PMR pada khususnya.
Pada Hari Sabtu - Minggu, 28-29 Mei 2011 PMR Stemba kan melaksanakan Lomba kepalangmerahan WJP yg ke XX bertempat di Kampus SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya, Jl. Mayjend. Prof. Dr. Moestopo 167-169 Surabaya. Waktu: Sabtu, 28 Mei 2011 pkl 17.00 WIB dan Minggu, 29 Mei 2011 pkl 07.00 sd selesai.

Mengenai mencukur kumis dan memanjangkan janggut adalah sunnah Nabi saw, sebagaimana diriwayatkan dalam Shahih Muslim dan Shahih Bukhari dan riwayat lainnya, namun ada perbedaan pendapat mengenai “mencukur kumis”, sebagian sahabat mencukur habis, sebagaimana diriwayatkan dalam Shahih Bukhari Juz 5 hal 2208 bahwa Ibn Umar ra mencukur kumisnya hingga terlihat jelas kulitnya yg putih.
Maka kalimat ini menandakan bahwa ia mencukur habis kumisnya, namun riwayat lain bahwa sahabat lain membiarkan kumisnya dan mengguntingnya saja (memendekkannya) agar tak melebihi bibir.Mengenai janggut telah mu’tamad bahwa makruh mencukurnya habis, namun boleh boleh saja bila dirapikan. Keutamaannnya tentulah satu satunya keutamaannya yg terbesar adalah sunnah, sebagaimana sabda Rasul saw : “Barangsiapa berpegang pada sunnahku dimasa rusaknya ummatku maka baginya 100 pahala syahid”. Krakatau adalah kepulauan vulkanik yang masih aktif dan berada di Selat Sunda antara pulau Jawa dan Sumatra. Nama ini pernah disematkan pada satu puncak gunung berapi di sana (Gunung Krakatau) yang sirna karena letusannya sendiri pada tanggal 26-27 Agustus 1883. Letusan itu sangat dahsyat; awan panas dan tsunami yang diakibatkannya menewaskan sekitar 36.000 jiwa. Sampai sebelum tanggal 26 Desember 2004, tsunami ini adalah yang terdahsyat di kawasan Samudera Hindia. Suara letusan itu terdengar sampai di Alice Springs, Australia dan Pulau Rodrigues dekat Afrika, 4.653 kilometer. Daya ledaknya diperkirakan mencapai 30.000 kali bom atom yang diledakkan di Hiroshima dan Nagasaki di akhir Perang Dunia II.

etusan Krakatau menyebabkan perubahan iklim global. Dunia sempat gelap selama dua setengah hari akibat debu vulkanis yang menutupi atmosfer. Matahari bersinar redup sampai setahun berikutnya. Hamburan debu tampak di langit Norwegia hingga New York.
Ledakan Krakatau ini sebenarnya masih kalah dibandingkan dengan letusan Gunung Toba dan Gunung Tambora di Indonesia, Gunung Tanpo di Selandia Baru dan Gunung Katmal di Alaska. Namun gunung-gunung tersebut meletus jauh di masa populasi manusia masih sangat sedikit. Sementara ketika Gunung Krakatau meletus, populasi manusia sudah cukup padat, sains dan teknologi telah berkembang, telegraf sudah ditemukan, dan kabel bawah laut sudah dipasang. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa saat itu teknologi informasi sedang tumbuh dan berkembang pesat.
Tercatat bahwa letusan Gunung Krakatau adalah bencana besar pertama di dunia setelah penemuan telegraf bawah laut. Kemajuan tersebut, sayangnya belum diimbangi dengan kemajuan di bidang geologi. Para ahli geologi saat itu bahkan belum mampu memberikan penjelasan mengenai letusan tersebut.

Neuron Neurons are: The basic structure and functional units of the system persyarafan. These neurons are found in all body cells and provide biological and biochemical effects on the body. Cells - nerve cells varied in size and shape according to their function - respectively. Each - each cell has a nucleus and granules and fibrils in the cytoplasm. Neurons act like a miniature nervous system and nempunyai trait very typical for electrical function. By microscopic neuron consists of: cell body or soma, axon and dentrit. Soma, axon and dendrites are enveloped by the cell membrane, which separates it from the outside of the cell. The existence of a broad surface on the cell membrane making it more receptive to a large number of synaptic contacts at a time (See picture) Dendrites: short fibers that are attached to the outside of the cell, where the entry of impulses from cell to cell to another. Axon is: Fiber where nerve impulses are transmitted to the outgoing cells to other cells. The amount is usually a single axon.
Cell membrane Cell membrane is a membrane that limits the content of the cell and its surroundings. Many important functions of neurons located in the cell membrane itself. The structure of the cell membrane composed of proteins and fats in which the material can move - move. Memberan cells have differences in permebialitasnya, where permibialitas of Oxygen, Carbon dioxide and ions - organic ions and not permeable to proteins and inorganic ions. This permebialitas difference is due to the distribution or movement of ions - ions. In the cells contain more potassium and outside the cells contain more sodium. Entry of sodium and potassium out of and into the cell (the active mechanism of sodium potassium pump) causes the difference in membrane permeability of these cells. Crossing ions through the cell membrane caused a difference in electric charge outside the cell (more + +) is called: resting membrane potential. Cells in this state, any time can experience the action potential is called polarization. Polarization: the electrical charge difference between the outer cell membrane and inside (outside of being - and in a +)
Excitability Excitability is: Postensial rest on neurons in an unstable state. For example: the membrane of nerve to react to stimuli, chemical substances that enter and damage mechanics. This unstable situation will cause the action potential. This action potential occurs with the following mechanism: When the neuron is stimulated, the cell membrane permebialitas against Na + is significantly increased, and will cause a sudden displacement of Na + into the cell membrane. This situation led to a positive charge in the cell (depolarisation). At the time of Na + entry, then K + is also moving out of the cell. Active Transport carrying potassium and sodium moves into its original state is called: repolarization. Action potential occurred within 1-2 msec.
Myelin Myelin is a wrapping axons. Actually myelin was covered or protected anymore by cells called Schaw cells. Its function as an insulator: Preventing the flow of ions through the axon and the membrane. Throughout the 1 mm of myelin are nodes of Ranfier which is an area that is free.
Synapse The relationship between one neuron to another neuron called Synapse. Synapse is a point of communication between neurons is one with which lainnya.Transmisi impulses at this happens in chemical synapses. When the impulse came at the synapse, the chemical transmitter release, both excitation and release substances to stimulate the neurons or are inhibitors and release substances to inhibit neurons.

According symptoms - Depression neurotic Neurotic depression usually occurs after a sad event but is much heavier than usual. Sufferers are often filled with emotional trauma that precedes the disease such as loss of a loved one, employment, property value, or a lover. People suffering from neurotic depression may feel restless, anxious and depressed all at once. They suffer from hypochondria or an abnormal fear as agrofobia but they do not suffer from delusions or hallucinations. - Psychotic Depression Strictly speaking the term 'psychotic' should be used for depressive illness associated with delusions and hallucinations or both. - Psychosis manic depression Manic depression is usually a recurrent disease accompanied by severe mood disorders. People who experience this disorder show a combination of depression and anxiety but sometimes it can be replaced with feelings of joy, passion, and excessive activity of this picture is called 'mania'. - Separation between the two Doctors distinguish between neurotic and psychotic depression not only on the basis of other symptoms that exist and how disruption of behavior. 2.
